LM Assets only sells new surplus items or used items that were pulled from known working machinery. If an item fails to work because it is defective, the defective item must be returned within 30 days. After we receive the item back at our facility, we will confirm that the item is indeed ours and defective. After we make our confirmations then we will replace the defective item with an equivalent item. If a replacement is not available, LM Assets will refund the cost of the item. LM Assets will not be responsible for resulting damage to items or components caused by either internal or external equipment or shorted connections. Any claim(s) for a defective item must be handled within 30 day return policy.Problems / Issues:
