Terms Warranty

All products purchased from RapidRacks include a 1-year warranty valid from the date of purchase, unless listing is AS-IS or otherwise specified in individual listing.

Warranty is VOID if the product is damaged out of negligence or natural disaster, stolen, lost, or if the product has been modified.

Shipping

RapidRacks ensures that all purchases leave our warehouse in perfect condition, in antistatic bags or wrap with padding and high-quality boxes.

Country of Origin and purchase value on customs declarations cannot be altered. Buyer is responsible for any excess costs charged upon delivery (taxes, fees, customs, tariffs, etc).

Returns

Returns are valid within 30 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. To start the warranty RMA process, RapidRacks MUST be contacted BEFORE shipping the item back. Buyer pays return shipping.

Our RMA covers damage due to use, not shipping or accidental damage. Any shipping damage must be brought to the carrier's attention immediately, then contact us with photos of the damaged goods and packaging within 2 days of arrival. Onus is on the buyer and failure to do so will VOID the warranty.
