We offer FREE economy shipping on all orders! Your order will be shipped by either USPS or UPS depending on your shipping address and the weight of the order.
Handling Time: We offer a 1 business day handling time on all orders! Our business days are Monday-Friday not including holidays. It will then take additional time for transit and delivery.
Economy Shipping: Our FREE economy shipping option generally delivers in 2-8 business days after your order has shipped.
Expedited Shipping: Our expedited shipping option can be chosen at checkout for an additional charge. Expedited shipping generally delivers 2-4 business days after your order has shipped. We do not offer overnight shipping. Please click on the shipping and payments tab to get a quote on expedited shipping for this item.
Tracking Info: You will receive a shipment confirmation email and tracking info once your order has shipped. All packages will be shipped with a step by step tracking number. Some packages may require a signature confirmation based on the value and carrier requirements.
International Shipping: We will ship to some international addresses through the Global Shipping Program. With this service we will ship your package to a USA based shipping facility who will then ship the package to your international address. Please check under the shipping and payments tab to see if your country is an eligible country we ship to. Please note that international addresses will be charged an additional amount during checkout for shipping and customs fee. Please also allow for additional transit and delivery time for international orders. All international return charges must be paid for by the buyer.
We will ship most items to APO/FPO, AK, HI and PR addresses. We reserve the right to cancel these orders if the package weight is too large for us to ship to your address.
Please make sure that your shipping address is correct through PayPal before a payment is made. We cannot guarantee that changes can be made after the order is placed.
Immediate Payment: All of our Buy It Now listings require you to pay immediately using PayPal. You may pay with PayPal using a credit card, bank card, or your PayPal account balance. Items are not reserved and shipped until payment has been completed and cleared.
- We are required to charge a 5.5% sales tax to all orders shipped to Wisconsin. Sales tax will not be charged on orders shipped to any other states.
- We do not offer local pick-up and payment at this time.
- We request an immediate payment if you have won an sale. If sale payments are not received within 7 days, an unpaid item case will be opened and the transaction will be cancelled.
In the rare event that a product is defective, please contact us within thirty (30) days of receiving the item(s) for a replacement or refund.
In the case of a replacement or refund on defective items, we will pay all shipping charges and provide a prepaid shipping label for your convenience for domestic orders. All international return charges must be paid for by the buyer.
Replacements: We are happy to offer a replacement on an item as long as we have the exact item in stock at the time the return is received. Replacements will be processed within 2 business days of receiving the item back. We will provide tracking information for the replacement item. If the item you would like to exchange is no longer in stock we will issue a full refund.
Refunds: We are happy to offer a full refund on any defective item. Refunds will be processed within 2 business days of receiving the item back.
All items will be inspected and tested before refunds or replacements are issued. Items found to be fully functional upon inspection or items returned in the case of buyer's remorse, will be charged a restocking fee of 20%. The original shipping cost we incurred to ship the item to you may also be deducted from the refund in these cases.
