Any DOA goods received will be exchanged or refunded. The buyer must tell us about receiving a DOA part within the first 14 days of receiving the goods. Network Brokers International will then arrange the collection and replacement of the hardware. If we do not get notified within 14 days of a DOA â we then treat the issue as a warranty claim.

For warranty claims the cost of the returning the hardware is the buyerâs expense.

Delivery costs cannot and will not be refunded.
