For same day shipping, Expedited Shipping Orders must be arranged and paid by 12:00PM Central Time. All orders paid after 12pm Central Time will ship the following day.

International Buyers will be subject to the terms and conditions of the Global Shipping Program (GSP). EPC will ship orders purchased by international buyers to the Global Shipping Hub, where they will be forwarded to whichever international address has been provided by the buyer. WeDO NOT ship directly to any international location.

Warranty Information:

EPC includes a 30 Day Warranty for most items. For Warrantied items, EPC accepts returns and will pay return shipping to our facility for any item that is defective, damaged or misrepresented. The item(s) will be repaired, replaced, or have a refund issued for the order. For all other returns, shipping will be paid by the customer and may be subject to a 20% restocking fee. WARRANTY DOES NOT APPLY FOR ANY ITEM SHIPPED OUTSIDE OF THE UNITED STATES (Subject to GSP Return Policy).
