Was purchased by me to start a Cisco voice project. Found out the licensing did not support the Unity Express module, so purchased a second 1861 with UC license this one is no longer needed. I do not have a second power supplie to plug this one in again to check what IOS version is installed, if I remember it is 15.x. I can say that it is fully functioning as I did have phones connected. If sold I will power it up to wipe the config and passwords. Please let me know if you have any questions.
