All network ports and functions have been tested and are working. This component is used with wear and tear from normal use, including scratches, scuffs, and small dings on the exterior.

confirm compatibility prior to purchase, as a restocking fee will be

by mistake. Any return or refund requested for these reasons will be

manufacturer packaging has usually been opened or is otherwise not in
retail condition. We offer a full refund of the purchase price less
shipping charges for “New other” products that are not in
working condition for up to 30 days after receipt.

by our in-house staff and we guarantee the tested components for 30
days after receipt. We will refund the purchase price less shipping
charges for “Seller refurbished” products that are not in
working condition when received.
used products carry a 14 day non-DOA warranty. These products may not
be 100% functional and only basic power on capabilities are guaranteed.
If a “used” product is received and will not power on, we
will issue a full refund less shipping charges. Partial refunds will
not be issued for non-working components, and a 20% restocking fee will
be charged to all returns of product that do power on.
