Shipping:
The item will be packaged carefully and will weigh around 4 poundswith packing material. If we can, we willcombine shipping on multiple items to save cost.
We use both UPS and USPS for shipments.
All shipments are insured and the cost is automatically addedto the shipping charge. We do not shipdamaged boxes. If a box arrives damaged andthe item broken, email us immediately and a claim will be filed and you will berefunded. The USPSconsistently damages or loses items, regardless of our packaging, so please tellus as soon as possible. We cannot resolvea problem unless it is reported to us in a timely fashion.
Local pickup can be arranged and is highly recommended forheavier items. Contact us and we can schedulea time to have the item available at our facility.

Returns:
Damaged or DOA items will be fully or partially refunded inaccordance with the buyers wishes. Undamageditems may be returned within 14 days of receipt, but the buyer is responsiblefor shipping both ways and the item must be in original condition to be eligiblefor a refund. Any issues clearly statedin the description will not be grounds for a full refund so please review thespecs carefully before offerding.
We do not grade the condition of items due to the subjectivenature, and as such, please refer to the pictures for the exterior condition ofthe item. Used items will almost alwaysshow signs of wear like scratches and scuffs and will not be noted unless it affectsthe normal use of the item. We can provide additional pictures as necessary,but will not after the sale has ended, so ask before.
