My Prices are higher thanks to the freeloading buyers who manipulate the Buyer Victimization Program (read: Money Back Guarantee.) Hates Sellers, and I had been punished on SEVERAL occasions simply trying to make a buck! Taking advantage of the Buyer Victimization Program, ("Money Back Guarantee") destroys the reputation of the seller because he looses all the profits AND the item (something doesn't tell you!) So please be a fully developed minded, mature adult when purchasing!

Sadly isn't as aggressive as an seller to ensure you aren't ripping off the sellers, and not as aggressive to document any ill regularities of the items. They'll more likely believe in your alleged lies and paint me as the evil seller. The other thing about the new policy that doesn't tell you that while they reimburse you, I loose on the item. I, in turn have to pay to credit you back. I loose all my profit on the item. Where am I going at? I will not tolerate any fraud artists on taking advantage of the Money Back Guarantee (also known as the Buyer Victimization) program to screw the sellers!

If you do file a claim, expect the following from me:

Do not wait till 30+ days after the transaction.

Please explain the problem in detail, also try to reproduce the problem. Post pictures and other ways to verify the problem exists. I do not let people off the hook if you will say "well it doesn't work" but can't explain if the system is incompatible to begin with. Vague statements is not appropriate!

If I believe the problem is beyond my control, or if the item was broken by the buyer, then I will claim that the problem happened after sale, and all sales are final.

if you do escalate your case to , do not be surprised if I come off as defensive - its only because I do not tolerate freeloading buyers who are severely hurting the seasoned sellers on .

I will ship my item within 3 to 5 days (this includes possible delays such as inclamate weather -if such delays exist, I will message you)

UPS is the default shipping method in my store

A serial number will be labeled on the item. This is to protect the integrity of the condition of the item as described. This is also to prevent any resale or a buyer "flipping" for profit. Breaking the seal will violate the terms of this sale, and returns may not be accepted if an event the label has been tampered. 

I will leave response after payment and shipping, since really a response for a Buyer is their responsibility for payment

Technical support by default won't be done through messages unless I know the item enough to help you. Know what you are purchasing is the best way to do business here.

Items are sold as-is and no returns are allowed unless otherwise described. If the item has been damaged or appears to be broken, I may give you a refund.
