They have been tested for power and when the power cord (not included) was plugged in they began to power up and perform their operations. They have been pulled from a working environment. Jetsom is a high volume consignment store.  We do not own, nor are we experts on, the items that we sell.  We include everything we know about an item in its description.  Further, we do our best to take high-quality, thorough photographs of all of the items we have for sale in order to represent them in their current state.  Please inspect all photographs and condition statements thoroughly prior to purchasing an item.  Everything shown in the photographs - and nothing that is not shown - will be included with the sale of each item.  If we did not list details in the description, we do not know those details.  Most of our items can be researched off- for more specific information based on make and model.  We will do our best to answer questions you may have whenever we know the answer, but please keep in mind that we are a high volume store and streamline our process by including everything known about an item in its description at the time of listing.

Our store hours are Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:00pm EST.  We are closed on Saturdays and Sundays.

We ship all of our items through \'s shipping program.  Any shipping costs that you see on your invoice are estimated and charged through and are not set by us individually.  Please check shipping costs prior to purchasing an item.  For Global Shipment items, directs all shipments through an international hub in Kentucky, USA.  We ship our items there per \'s instructions and charges all subsequent shipping fees, customs fees, etc. as per their own regulations.  We have nothing to do with customs fees or shipping fees outside of the continental United States.  Please direct any questions or concerns regarding Global Shipment fees or customs fees to .

If you purchase multiple items from our store, please send a request to us for combined shipping prior to paying the invoice.  We will send you an updated invoice with the combined shipping cost.  If you pay the invoice prior to the combined shipment invoice, we cannot offer combined shipping discounts.
