This item was plugged into a power source and powered on with no problems. We then connected the itemto a computer and it showed up asit being connected. We were not able to to test this item any further.All the connections are in good condition and working.The s/n is 88809263814.This item does include four ethernet ports, racking mounts and a power cable. This item will be sold as is because we were not able to fully test the complete functionality of the item.
