The pictures are of the actual items that you will receive. From the serial number, I was able to determine that this is version 1 (V1) of the GS748T Smart Switch. I do not know if this is V1H1, V1H2, or V1H3 (may be able to derive that from the serial number). I did plug the switch in and it does turn on, but the switch has not been fully tested and is being sold as is untested.
