- We do not insure our items. If you require insurance, you will need to contact usbeforepayment is made.
- If items are defective, ordered by mistake, or incorrect on our part, you may return the item(s) to us within 14 days of receiving the item and we will refund you the original price. We will only refundoriginalshipping charges if the item is defective or incorrect on our part.
- If you are returning a defective item, we would be more than happy to send you a replacement if we have it in stock.
- Exchanges on items are made on a case by case basis and if we have the items in our inventory stock.
- You must send us the tracking number of your return shipment for everything to process smoothly and quickly. If you don’t, it may take longer for us to refund your money, send you a replacement, etc.
- Refunds are applied to the payment method used at purchase, within 5 days after receipt of the returned items.
- All returned items must be in original condition. If the item(s) are used, they must be in the same packaging. If the item(s) are new, the box and all other packaging must be there as well. We will not process the return or any refund if any of these conditions are not met.
