All returns require an RMA
(Return Merchandise Authorization) number, which can be obtained by
contacting our Customer
Please save all packaging and accessories for any item that is returned
to Nettech, Incorporated. All original equipment, components, manuals,
cables, documents and packaging must be returned with your item in
order for Nettech, Incorporated to process your RMA. An item returned
for a replacement may be repaired or replaced at Nettech, Incorporated’s
discretion, unless otherwise required by law. Products with specific
refund and return policies and deadlines must be returned within the
time periods specified for each item. All items sold through Nettech,
Incorporated are subject to our Policy and Agreement. Physically
damaged items cannot be returned.
Incorporated Warranty Policy
Our Standard Warranty Policy covers most products sold by Nettech,
Incorporated, unless otherwise indicated. Merchandise under our
Standard Return Policy may be returned within 1 Year Replacement Warranty* of the original invoice date for a replacement or refund. All returns
require an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
* 90 days if buyer is a reseller.
Limited 30-Day Nettech,
Incorporated Return Policy
Products that state "This item may be returned for a replacement or
refund within 30 days only" must be returned to Nettech,
Incorporated within 30 days of the invoice date.
Products in this category that are labeled as Non-Refundable (or similar labeling) may only be returned for a replacement.
ADDITIONAL RMA TERMS
Physically damaged items cannot be returned to Nettech, Incorporated.
Improper installation/insertion of modular networking components may
cause back plane damage or bend pins. . Physical damage includes (but
is not limited to) improper handling and any other type of damage
sustained by irregular use.
If you return any physically damaged item to Nettech, Incorporated, the
item will be returned to you at your expense.
Sometimes items are returned to Nettech, Incorporated after the product
has been discontinued. If we no longer carry an item that is sent in
for replacement, or if that item is simply out of stock, the item will
be sent to our Back-Order RMA Department. You will be notified via
email with two options: either Nettech, Incorporated can send you a
comparable replacement item, or a refund of the current market value of
the product will be issued. A current-market-value refund may not
exceed the original invoice price. If the item is returned within 14
days of the original invoice date, a full refund will be issued.
