There are noticeable cosmetic imperfections in outer casing, but they are still in good working order and fully functional. The lens glass is unscratched without any visible imperfections and is eye clean throughout. Good clarity viewing (no double vision, hazing, fungus or mold). Both left and right focusing dials turn smoothly. As indicated in the title, they have times 7 magnification and are 7.3 degrees. Used in Vietnam by my grandfather who was stationed with the Army Corps of Engineers in Saigon during the Tet Offensive of 1968. Comes in original brown leather lined case as pictured, which is missing its top cover & strap.
