We\'ve owned this for many many moons and loved the simple geometric design in the weaving. A collector of Native Baskets informed us it is from the 30\'s or 40\'s, but we haven\'t verified that with an expert.
Two places have the decorative band loose, but you can tuck them in. This tray/basket is heavy, almost a full pound.
