SHIPPING MATERIALS: In order to minimize the amount of packaging we dispose of, items may ship in reused or recycled boxes and padding material unless otherwise noted. RETURNS: If items are marked as returns accepted, returns are accepted within 14 days. Buyer pays return shipping. If restocking fees apply, it will be specified in the individual description. If item is marked as no returns, no returns are accepted. If you are buying a particular part or accessory, please verify before offerding or buying that it is compatible with your existing model. Technical support is not available on store items. LOCAL PICKUP: Free pickup is available in lieu of shipping if buyer chooses to pick up item at our retail store in Appleton, WI. Sales tax of 5% will be charged on items picked up in our retail store. Items must be picked up within 4 business days of the item purchase or sale close (retail store open Monday through Saturday – see Google for current daily store hours).
