Rare Vintage Canon MDD211 slimline 5 1/4\" 5.25\" 360K Floppy Diskette Drive Works For Sale

For Sale we have a very interesting piece; a Canon MDD211 floppy diskette drive. This is a 360K unit and has been tested and works perfectly. It is very unusual because it is not a standard height; usually these drives are full-height or half-height affairs, and sometimes found in the height of the 3.5\" diskette drives, but these are their own thing, just over an inch and a quarter high (measured at the tallest part of the faceplate). We\'re not sure what the intended application is; it\'s not a clear multiple of the normal drive heights, so it\'s not like you could get two of them in a half-height bay or three in a full-height, but they could be useful for low-space applications. This drive has been tested and found working.
