Shipping Information

Please see the Shipping tab to calculate rates. The normal shipping and handling rate for items weighing under 140lb are quoted UPS Ground or FedEx to the 48 continental United States. Smaller individual UPS\'s and accessories are foam packaged and shipped only through UPS or FedEx in the continental US. \"Will calls\" need verbal confirmation. Canadian orders do not include brokerage fees. For international customers, special shipping conditions are available.

For large items or orders weighing over 100lbs, please contact us for a freight estimate to save you in shipping costs. Our standard shipping method is specialty carriers using air-ride trucks for critical computer equipment and components. These air ride equipped vehicles absorb much more road vibration than coil or leaf springs protecting your equipment. For international customers, special shipping conditions are available.

We accept VISA/MC/AMEX/DISCOVER and payments by PayPal. Buyer pays shipping charges. Shipping charges are not refundable. Arizona residents please add sales tax. Payment must be received within 7 days of the end of the sale.

Post sale Contact - We will contact the winning buyer via automated email within 24 hours of the end of the sale with full payment details. To speed up the process, or if our automated email fails to arrive after the sale has ended, you may send us an email and submit your payment information. Warranty

Battery Warranty - If batteries are included, our standard battery warranty is for one year from date of purchase. If you purchased equipment, it will include brand new GPS batteries. Since we manufacture batteries, you can be assured only the freshest batteries will be loaded in your equipment.

All sale sales are final. In the unlikely even tof product lafunction, our technical service department is available for consutation and technical support. We may even dispatch a Field Engineer from our national service network. No returns nor refunds are accepted unless an approved Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number is clearly noted on the box. All returns without an approved RMA number will be returned to sender. Prior to requesting an RMA, please include your invoice number, purchase date, and a description of the problem. The buyer pays shipping cost on non-defective merchandise.

In the unlikely event of equipment failure, our service department is available for consultation and may dispatch a Field Engineer if required. Gruber Power maintains one of the largest UPS parts inventories in North America and reserves the right to either repair or replace any defective units, all at no charge to you, the customer, during the warranted period.

Gruber Power Services reserves the right to send an equivalent battery in a different brand than GPS if we run out of stock on GPS batteries in the sale. An equivalent battery may be in a different brand, and/or amp hour rating.

Return Policy

Within 14 days of receiving the item, please call Gruber Power Services for a refund. Depending on the reason, unit, or amount of days, a refund may be given in the form of: money back or item exchange.

Customer must ship the products to the address mentioned in the return instructions at their own expense. If you would like a label, please request one and we will deduct its cost from your refund. No returns will be accepted or refunds issued unless approved by Gruber Power Services by means of an issued RMA number. Once an RMA number is issued, the customer will have 15 days to return their items for credit. Return instructions must be followed in order to receive a refund and/or avoid any charges for replacements.
