Bought brand new in March 2017. We used it in our office for a few weeks, but then changed server systems and needed a different model. This has been stored in all the original packaging ever since. It is complete with all cables, power supply, and manual. The wireless connections were never even used. This package is about as new as it could get. There are no issues with it what so ever.
