UPDATE 18/4/18, 10:58pm AEST: I got a tip from a fellow er, and did some more digging about the board:
1. The number in the top left corner of the board \'8223\' is not the board number, but rather indicates build year 1982 and build week 23.
2. Clarification concerning the board revision: the logic board model is 820-0044-D. This is the RFI board, indicated by the \'0044\' code, which were redesigned by Apple to produce less radio interference. The letter \'D\' indicates that it is revision 2 of the RFI board. Please do not confuse this with the original revision 2 of the non-RFI board.
3. This board came from a Apple II Europlus.
4. The Serial number of the machine the board came from is IA2S2-672566 (green print on a white label). Please let me know if you have any further questions and I will try my best to answer them.
