Netherlands: 9 usd
20 usd shipment to all the following countries: Finland,Denmark, Germany, France, UK (incl Channel Islands),Ireland (entire), Italy, Spain, Luxemburg,Austria , Poland, Portugal, Sweden : 20 usd for a 10 kilo parcel, so ask me about combining and save money.
All the other EU destinations & Turkey: 27 usd.
Please note that the shipment calculator to Eu countries via com can be to high or to low, they don\'t know the Eu zones or the difference between Europe as a country or the EU.
Advice: wait for my bill. If you have paid via the automated system and did overcharge, you will be refunded.

About shipment , returns, refunds etc:
Shipping goes well in over 99% of all cases, with any decent seller. However, shipping can sometimes go wrong. It is rare, but sometimes, alltough I use decent package materials, damage or functionality problems can happen. Think about what parcels have to go through to get from Europe to Asia or the USA, f.i. Long journeys and you never know if every person that handles a parcel is equally carefull.
If I can help you out with parts, advice, partial refund, I will do that off course.
In case of a bigger problem, there is always insurance.
My parcels are shipped insured. For me to know what is going on, but also for the insurance, I would need some pictures of damage, or in case of disfunctionallity, a short video could do the job.
In some cases, the insurance requests a form by you, ususally not, it happens only via postal companies, not dhl. And I hardly use postal companies.
Photo´s can be uploaded to the mailbox, video can be mailed to the paypal adress.
If you would do so, please contact me also via the mailbox. That´s because the mail account for paypal is overflooded with mails by paypal and , so I could easily miss one.
Every problem can be solved, some people decide just to leave response and don´t respond, in that case I can´t do a thing.
Returns for other reasons are only possible after communication. The policy is the same as with and PAYPAL:
After receiving the item back in the discussed condition, you will get a refund for the purchase and one way shipment. Off course, when an item is damaged ordis-functional, the solution is usually not to ship it back.
