When I first saw the price I was sure this car wouldn't stand up to some of the models in my collection that I've paid several hundred dollars for. However, the pictures looked good so I went ahead and ordered it. When I removed it from the box I was surprised by how light it was for a 1:18 scale car. Then I remembered the plastic body similar to the original F/C's. The paint & graphics are excellent, the chrome throughout the car is very nice & the accuracy to the original Funny Car is very close. IMO you won't find a nicer model for the same price. It will soon be sitting in my display cabinet with my other cars. I just ordered the Whipple & McCullough F/C from the same collection. I'll let you know if it's as nice as my first car.

Well, it's a diecast drag race car, not much else to say. I dislike buying 1/8 scale because of their size they are hard to display. But the deal was too hard to pass up. I ended up buying eight of these things. One of the attractions was that 6 of them are Mustangs. It's difficult finding examples of Ford bodied funny cars from the 60s and 70s. Most are Mopar and Chevy bodied. The detail is not the greatest, but it's way better than the early releases, and the price reflects that. Some of these cars are in the 100s of dollars, this purchase was a no-brainer.
