Great switch for home use, not good for business use...
Pro: Affordable Fan built in which is quiet around the 20 foot or longer mark Normal c13/c14 cable connection Lights on the front numbered ports Cons: Port layout is bad if you're using a 24 port patch panel. I had to use the inner 12 instead. Overall if you want an affordable, high quality gigabit and don't mind the port layout then this is a good one.

The fan on the one I bought sounds like a jet engine about to take off... Cost another $20 to get a replacement fan... would have been less to buy a fanless switch
