    Disappointed

    This router came from mexico and it went through customs and was open and everything was in Spanish . That was no good to me whatsoever . The router lights go on however wifi light does not come on after I hook it up . I thought I had bought a router from California not Mexico. Just a hunk of junk as far as I'm concerned .

    Maybe good for a small one room apartment. But who would need that?

    Purchased to replace a failed Linkskys router. After installing and having multiple problems connecting from various rooms in the house, I purchased a Linklsys for half what I paid for this. Now I have no problems connecting from anywhere in the house. I had a Netgear prior to purchasing my first Linksys and it worked but again the range was very poor. I thought with this newer model it might be better, NO WAY. Would never purchase another Netgear!!!

    It didn't work right. Kept cutting off internet & rebooting.

    It didn't work right. It kept cutting off -sometimes after only a minute or two, sometimes it ran for a few hours before crashing. Rather than waste more money to send it back, I just dropped it in the trash. I think this one had a broken wire inside, since it sometimes cut off & rebooted if I moved it. And No, it's not the wiring, because I can plug in my old modem and it works fine and does not cut off. (My old modem does not let me plug in a second computer, though. That is why I wanted one with more than one port.)

    Great router for the price.

    THis is a great router for home use as well as business. It is easy to understand and makes things easier as you get use to it. There is a toll free number you can call if you have problems and customer service personal are great. Good purchase for the buck.

    Smiling Face...

    My mother did not had WiFi at her apartment so i decided to get her a router. So i gave a visit to eBay and there it was...It was lot more than what i was looking for, and for the price!..Yes, i got two so i could give it away...Eventhough it gave me a bit of a hard time to install it i was very please to see its performance and reliability once i started to use it...Prior to buying this NetGear router i tried to install another brand but it was so difficult that i gave up...
