This UPS unit was 'previously owned' item and was a little dirty, but not bad. we needed this UPS to keep a microprocessor-controlled security DVR operating during short brown-outs or short complete power outages. This unit has more capacity than the other APS UPS units we have in service This particular unit didn't operate when received, so we tested/measured12v,7Ah battery. The battery only measured at 2.0 vDC. Sales ad description did not guarantee battery condition, so no surprise, no disappointment. We installed a new battery, powered the unit on and measured the AC output - (126vAC when plugged into main power, 123vAC on battery power). Cleaned the unit up a little, and it's working as designed.
I had a power outage and this ran my laptop. And a fluorescent lamp for 26 minutes giving my time to finish an application to a new job, and got it so I m loving it!
