This Is a really nice product
I bought this product because I have a recording studio that has 15 computers. .... This is a 16 port switch. I was daisy chaining a lot of 4 ports together that was not very stable at times. I wanted one unit that had enough ports in one enclousure. I like the built in twin fans to keep everything nice and cool. Fans are a little noisy, but I'd rather have a little noise than a little overheating. The switch has rack mounting capabilities; but I have had no luck in finding rack ears for it. (If someone reading this can help me find those, that would be wonderful!!!) The only thing I don't like about it this unit is the same thing I don't like about any of the rack mounted switches that I have seen; No one seems to make a rack mount switch with the activity lights on the front and the ...
