HI, This was no fault of the seller as they had no way to know with out opening the case that this was one of the UN-authorized 5510's upgraded to a 5520. ASA version 8.0 documentation says it requires two (2) GB of RAM. I was able to add one (1) GB replacing the 512MB stick and It's running 9.1(1). It gives a message saying it would like 2GB of RAM on boot up, but runs fine. I was able to add the anyconneect license with out issue. I use this at a remote office for site to site VPN over a 1GB fiber link and it performs this with great efficiency. Be aware this model is EoL and It may be difficult to buy any license keys, so you would be stuck with a base model. Bill
