The only thing that went wrong with this item is that it doesn't work with Windows 10, at least after several hours of research I couldn't make my PC to identify (find) this device. What I recommend is to do some research before buying this product to see if this product is compatible with your OS. My Bios can see it but Windows 10 can't.
