This is an excellent router, especially for those who are doing some cert study. Place this on the edge of your network as an Internet gateway and carve out a couple subnets for production and lab use. Speedtests show the router makes full use of the broadband connection, however, turning on the firewall features slows you down a bit. Just ordered a $7 stick of memory for it - should kick up the speeds back up a bit. In any case, for the cost, which is minimal, this router is PACKED with features - especially if you get ahold of one of the higher-level IOSs.
