Monitors temperature, humidity and contact-closure inputs. Requires UPS with SNMPWEBCARD, MONITORED PDU or SWITCHED PDU, TAA Compliant

  • Environmental Sensor for use with SNMPWEBCARD enabled UPS systems, Monitored PDUs and Switched PDUs
  • Reports on the contact closure status of up to four compatible devices (such as smoke detectors, fire alarms and security systems)
  • Simple installation

Payment Terms

We accept the following payment methods.

We ONLY accept PayPal and Credit Card Payments. No other payment method will be accepted.

Credit Card Payments: We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. To make a direct payment via credit card, please contact us directly by phone.

All Texas customers are subject to Texas State Sales Tax of 8.25%

Please note that payment must be made within 16 days after the sale has ended. Payments not received within the allotted time will automatically turned in for non-payment.

Shipping Terms

Please be aware that we can NOT ship to P.O. Boxes, APO or FPO addresses. All orders going to APO/FPO, U.S. Territories and Protectorates will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Please contact our Customer Service for a shipping quote. Shipments to these locations are limited to 70lbs and a maximum of 130 inches in combined length and girth.


We offer limited shipping to some international addresses.

WE DO NOT TRANSFER ITEM OWNERSHIP, RESET PASSWORDS, OR INCLUDE ANY SOFTWARE UNLESS OTHERWISE STATED IN THE LISTING. There may be licensing software or drivers required for some of the network equipment we sell. They are not included with this sale, we sell hardware only.

Combined Shipping

YES, we offer combined shipping. All combined orders will be shipped ground. Please review the criteria for combined shipping with Axcess Tech:

If you purchase more than one item from us, you can save on shipping by having your items combined.

Axcess Tech will combine up to 10 items on a single invoice.

All items being combined must be paid for within our 16 day payment policy (see under "Accepted Payment Methods").

All items must be paid for on a single invoice. If items are paid for separately, they will not be eligible for the combined shipping discount. Please request a combined shipping invoice from us via email or phone prior to paying for your items to receive this discount.

Local Pickup

We offer local pickup for our customers who want to save money and not pay for shipping. Please send us a message and let us know to arrange the pick up.

Please be aware that while you will not be paying for shipping costs, you will be paying a Texas State Sales Tax of 8.25%. Items must be picked up within 5 business days of when they are available. If you would like to pick up your item (s) in person, then you must follow these steps below:

Call with a minimum of 24 hours before you plan to pick them up to let us know you’re coming so we may have your item ready.

Visit us between the hours of 10:00 am and 4:00 pm (Central Standard Time), Monday through Friday.

Provide our staff with a copy of your invoice, a form of identification, and a signature for your item (s).

Return & Warranty

Return Policy

If the item you purchased was misrepresented by us or damaged in shipping, you can obtain a full refund. To get a full refund, you must call or email us immedaitely when receiving your item.  Returns require our approval and return authorization and must be returned to us before we can issue your refund. Please note: we record serial numbers to discourage fraud.

If you changed your mind and do not want your item, we can authorize you to return it for a refund of the cost of the item (minus a 20% restocking fee), not including shipping. We will not accept returns in cases when the condition of the item and/or retail packaging has been compromised, changed, modified or altered. The buyer is responsible for return shipping and is required to complete a "Mutual Agreement to Cancel the Transaction Form" through .

Local Pickups: Returned items that were picked up locally from our store will be charged a processing and restocking fee of 20% of the sales price of the item. No restocking fee will be charged in cases where it is found Axcess Tech was erroneous in the listing description.

30 Days: Returns will not be accepted beyond 30 days after the item has been delivered to or picked up by the buyer.


Return Authorization: All returns require a proper return authorization by an Axcess Tech customer service agent.

Any item (s) listed as "Parts or Repair Only" or "Sold AS IS" are ineligible for a refund or exchange, these items are sold AS-IS with NO warranty.
