The 2610 series is rock-solid and a great value for the cost.
The HP Procurve line of switches are excellent products, and the HP 2610 series is no different. Overall, the switch performs its job like a champ, even though it's not the current generation. The Power-over-Ethernet (PoE) capabilities are excellent, especially if you're using this for powering VOIP handsets, such as our usage. The only thing that would make this switch better is full 10/100/1000 port speeds, but for the average price of a 2610, it's still a great value.The HP Procurve line of switches are excellent products, and the HP 2610 series is no different.
