In all my years of purchasing used computer and networking equipment on Ebay I have never been more impressed than I am with this vendor. The product was delivered in a timely fashion, incredibly well packaged, with all accessories and with a very recent version of Enterprise Cisco IOS. Normally I am obliged to purchase missing items, evaluate the product's performance, and upgrade firmware (IOS). Wow! AAA+++ The best packaging job I've seen in years! Double-wall cardboard, individually-bubble-wrapped components, extra bubble wrap. FedEx could have dropped this box from a plane and it would have survived intact! Everything was in excellent condition, as advertised. Shipping was lightning fast. I hope to buy from Multimode again soon!
