Up for sale is an ASUS ROG Rampage IV Extreme Intel X79 E-ATX Motherboard.
This is a legendary enthusiast-class motherboard heavily sought after for donor parts, repair projects, and retro X79 overclocking builds.
Physical Condition & Known Defects (PLEASE READ CAREFULLY):
CPU Socket (Bent Pins): There is a cluster of bent/mashed pins in the lower-right quadrant of the LGA 2011 socket.
Memory Slot: The top white plastic retention clip on the uppermost red DDR3 RAM slot has snapped off.
Board Condition: The rest of the board appears to be in good physical shape. All massive ROG heatsinks, the PCH fan, physical bench buttons, and PCIe toggle switches are fully intact. One of the RAM latches are damaged. See photos.
Testing Status:
Pulled from a decommissioned system. Due to the damaged LGA 2011 socket pins, this board is completely untested by the seller. It is being sold strictly AS-IS / For Parts or Repair with no returns accepted.
