Shipping Terms
Shipping is via FedEx GroundShipping is viaFedEx Ground. Please be aware thatFedEx can NOT ship to P.O. Boxes, APO or FPO addresses. All orders going to APO/FPO, U.S. Territories and Protectorates will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Please contact our Customer Service for a shipping quote. Shipments to these locations are limited to 70lbs and a maximum of 130 inches in combined length and girth.We do not offer shipping to international addresses.
Combined Shipping
YES, we offer combined shipping. All combined orders will be shippedFedEx Ground. Please review the criteria for combined shipping with Z-Tech:
v If you purchase more than one item from us, you can save on shipping by having your items combined.
v Z-Tech will combine up to 10 items on a single invoice.
v All items being combined must be paid for within our 16 day payment policy (see under \"Accepted Payment Methods\").

Local Pickup
We offer local pickup for our customers who want to save money and not pay for shipping.
Please be aware that while you will not be paying for shipping costs, you will be paying a Texas State Sales Tax of 8.25%. Items must be picked up within 5 business days of when they are available. If you would like to pickup your item(s) in person, then you must follow these steps below:
v Contact us a minimum of 24 hours before you plan to pickup your item(s)to let us know your coming so we may have your item ready.
v Visit us between the hours of 10:00 am and 4:00 pm (Central Standard Time), Monday through Friday.
v Provide our staff with a copy of your invoice, a form of identification, and a signature for your item(s).

Returns require our approval and return authorization and must be returned to us before we can issue your refund.
