I have had CenturyLink as my service provider for several years. Four months ago my old modem went out and I purchased this one from Century Link and had it professionally set up by a Century Link representative (thus I don\'t have the box, instructions, or additional wiring). I have recently changed my service provider and no longer need this barely used item. It was working when disconnected, it just no longer works with my new internet service provider.
