Our Warranty
We offer a 30-Day,90-Day, Six (6) Month and a One (1) Year Warranty on MOST of our equipment and is covered under Griffin Resources LLC. This warranty covers your equipment functionality. It does not cover drops, accidents, liquid damage, or any other mishandling of the device, changing software, etc. This warranty is immediately voided if it is sent outside of the US.Your warranty will also be voided if you have attempted any type of physical modification to the device.
Should you need our warranty service, contact us directly or through messages.We will replace it with the same unit or an upgraded unit if yours is discontinued or unavailable.
Return Policy
Returns are Hassle-Free! Please contact us through Messages to let us know that you would like to return the item and we will give you an RMA number to be included with your return.After receiving your authorization, you can request a return label through .Please note - your item must be returned in original condition, all accessories returned, and sent back in the original box if applicable.
