All orders are shipped via standard postal services and dispatched within 48 hours of payment. International orders are shipped by Airmail. All items are shipped from the Canada. We are aware sometimes items may take longer to get delivered and this is due to Postal Services who sometimes fail to deliver on time. Postal Services guidelines state we should allow 15 working days for Canada orders and 28 days for international orders from the date of dispatch before an item is considered lost. If you have not received your order after the stipulated delivery times please feel free to contact us.

We offer a return policy within 30 calendar days after receipt of goods. All returned items must be unused and in their original unspoilt and sealed packaging. It is the customer's responsibility to arrange the shipping of item/s back to us. However, you are eligible for replacement or refund only if the item is found to be defective or not as described. We only sell brand new / unused manufacturer tested products unless stated and there is an exceptionally low possibility to receive a defective item. If such a situation occurs, please contact us immediately. Our experienced technical team will inspect the returned item and if it is found to be defective, we will either replace the product or refund your money.

If you are not satisfied with our product, you can return it within 30 days. The buyer must pay the return shipping cost in all cases. While return shipping, international buyers or buyers outside Canada please remember to mention the product cost as $0.00 otherwise it will be taxed twice which may result in partial refunds. Once we will receive the product and complete the screening, we will refund you asap. Please note that each product from AVzoon Electronics is scanned before shipping to the customer, so please send the same product within the same package for easy refunds.
