Payment Options:
Buyers must pay in full within four (4) days of the sale close date using Paypal. An unpaid item claim will be filed if payment or communication has not been received by the 4th day.
Default of Payment or Pick up of item: A winning buyer is in breach of 's contract if he/she fails to pay and pick up the item won within four (4) calendar days of the close date, unless arrangements have been made with a Garten online sales associate prior to 4 days.
We do not offer drop-shipping. Payment and shipping information must match, or the order will be cancelled and refunded.

All statements regarding products and their configuration are made to the best of our ability, and with the assumption that the buyer is knowledgeable and proficient in the use of this type of equipment. Unless stated in the description, software, manuals, power cords, cables or any other accessory are not included.
Standard Shipping:
Items to be shipped will be packaged and shipped by seller no later than one (1) to three (3) business days, depending on handling date stated in listing after the payment has cleared.
Items will be shipped via FedEx Ground or FedEx Home Delivery. Third party courier pick up is not allowed.

Items listed as New & Used - are sold with a 30 day warranty covering dead on arrival. If the item is NOT as described the buyer must notify the seller within 30 days from the date of delivery or pick up to arrange a replacement. The return must be shipped within the 30 day return window. Refunds will be issued 1-3 days after we receive the item(s), as a diagnostic and serial number check will be completed upon return.
To obtain an RMA, please contact us within 30 days of the initial delivery/pick up date through 's messaging system.
