Shipping

No International Shipping

We will ONLY ship to PayPal confirmed addresses, NO EXCEPTIONS, per and PayPal company policies. Your item will ship through FedEx, USPS or UPS. Please note that we do not ship on weekends or holidays. We usually ship within 1-2 business days of receiving your cleared payment. Thank You.

Alaska & Hawaii Residents:
Please message us before offerding!! We do ship to Alaska & Hawaii. However, additional shipping charges may be required because shipping rates to these states are so much higher.

 

Combined shipping is done at the sellers discretion. If you purchase more than one item from us, they may arrive in separate packages.

 

Returns

Unsatisfied Returns or Cancellations:
The customer is fully responsible for returning the product back to our location for a refund or exchange. The customer is fully responsible for returning the product in the same condition and with the same accessories it was sent with or we will deduct this from total refund amount based on the accessories value, or different condition of the item. The customer will have a total of 14 days to make a return after item is received in their possession. If the 14 days have passed, we will be unable to accept the return.

Defective or Significantly not as Described:
If you would like to return the item because it is defective or significantly not as described, we kindly ask that you contact us directly through the Messaging System within 14 days of having the item in your possession. Once the item has been returned, there is a 24 hour inspection period where the item will be inspected to ensure its Non-Functionality, or other reason for return. If the item is not functioning, you will receive an exchange (if requested and available), or a full refund within 2 business days. The customer will have a total of 14 days to make a return after item is received in their possession. If the 14 days have passed, we will be unable to accept the return.

Refusing Packages:
In the event that you refuse your package for any reason other than shipping damages, you will be subject to paying a 20% restocking fee and round trip shipping costs.

Shipping Damages:
Shipping damage claims must be made within 24 hours of your delivery date.
