This is a high-performance external drive from Promise Technology, Inc. The Pegasus 2 R6 is compatible with both PC and Mac and supports HDD drive type. It has a sleek silver color and a huge storage capacity of 36 TB. The interface includes two Thunderbolt 2 ports. This can be attached to a thunderbolt 3 and 4 adaptor for connection with a new Mac.
This device is used. The hard drives have been used for about 2 years but was mostly powered off. This was used from a Master backup of smaller faster external drives for a photographer . The devices was used 3-4 times a year to backup all SSD drives to when they were full then powered off and stored for months before being used again. read and write hours on the HGST drives is very low. My client has upgraded to Cloud storage for backup so this is not needed any more. Machine has cosmetic damage from the original shipping from purchase. The drives were not in the device when it was originally ordered and damaged.
This device is 100% working and tested and all data deleted.
