We understand that electronics can sometimes be complicated to set up and get working, so we are here to assist you if you have any questions or issues, just use the "contact seller" button on your order page. If we are unable to resolve your issue we will provide you a prepaid return shipping label. All items, including brand new/sealed items, must be returned in their original condition in order to receive a full refund. All serial numbers are documented and recorded in order to prevent/fight fraud. Items that are returned damaged and/or not in their original condition will be subject to a refund minus a deduction.
