This item has been in our inventory as a \"New\" item. It does have a few light scratches, and it looks like one our techs has tried it out at a client site, but it must not have been what they needed, and it was brought back. The tech has also removed the 24V PoE Adapter and power cord, so this unit will NOT come with an adapter or power cord. It will come with everything shown in the photos. Even though this is marked \"New\" in our inventory, for purposes I have marked it as \"Used\", since it has been tried at a client site before, and is missing the adapter and power cord (However, this could also just be considered new-open box.)
