VIETNAM WAR ERA US ARMY FIELD MESS KIT STAINLESS STEEL DATED 1966
This mess kit is made of stainless steel and is complete and in original used condition, however the usage was light. The lid/tray fits properly in the pan and the handle swings and snaps together tightly and is not loose. The handle when folded is stamped T/1 M&C 1966 DSA-400-67-C-0099-TR530. The silverware is all there; knife, spoon, and fork, and are to period. This is a must have for a military collector, every buttpack, backpack, trunk, or prepper should have one.

DETAILS/CONDITION:The mess kit is in good tight condition with only very light usage. It shows light signs of storage scratches/scuffs on the outside and very light interior cutting scratches, however there are a few dings due to storage, see close up of pan section to see the dings. The utensils are all in good shape. Iam a collector of many eras however I am not an expert on any particular one and my knowledge only comes from research, so please ask any questions prior to purchasing!! The only thingI did to this is wiped it off from dust accumulation, from sitting in my living room along with all of my other mid century modern eames era items. Don\'t let this get away.
