There are some marks & a couple stains on it and some pages may have creases; I noticed a couple in which I included in the attached pics (including the front & back covers), there may be some others. Also, I noticed a small nick/tear on the bottom center of the front cover and a good part of the back cover is torn away from the wire ring binder. Please see pics.
