This is being sold UNTESTED, and AS IS. Found in the estate of a deceased engineer. I plugged it in and it powers on and makes a whirring noise but I have no way to test this with an actual computer. Please look at the pictures carefully. I'm including some additional cables that I think go with this unit. I think that one of those cables is broken because of the note that it came with but I'm including it anyway. You can see the cables in fhe photos too. You can see in the second photo that it's plugged in and the lights are on.
