• We are in the office Monday to Friday and ship orders out every day. Shipments will be shipped out the same business day (excluding postal holidays) as long as the order is paid for by 3PM PT. All orders that are paid after 3PM PT will be shipped the following business day.

• Standard shipping may include USPS First Class, USPS Priority Mail, or FedEx Ground. We can upgrade to any other USPS or FedEx service at our cost with no handling fees.
• We use DHL Express for all direct International shipments. Many items the we do not directly ship Internationally ourselves are listed through 's Global Shipping Program and will ship from 's ship center.
