Tested. The device turns on and communicates over the network without issue, however it is asking for a password that i dont have in order to unlock and use it. Obtained wholesale from a business that was going bankrupt.
There may be a way to factory reset the device and get rid of the password but i couldnt figure it out and i make no guarantees on it. If you think you can get it working you're saving a fair bit compared to a brand new one.
