The followingR2:2013 equipment conditions apply depending on the description of the itemlisted: (a) Items described as NEW or TESTED are considered to be “Tested forFull Functions, R2/Ready for Reuse” under the R2:2013 standard;(b) Items described as KEY TESTED are considered to be “Tested for KeyFunctions, R2/Ready for Resale under the R2:2013 standard;and (c) Items described as UNTESTED, KNOWN DEFECTIVE, or DAMAGED, areconsidered to be “Evaluated and Non-Functioning, R2/Ready for Repair” under theR2:2013 standard;If the equipment has been tested for key functions, Sector Supply can provide acopy of the test out sheet for said equipment upon request, detailing the testresults for each unit in the purchase. If KEY TESTED equipment has any key testfailures, this will be made known to the purchaser by describing such failuresin the listing itself;and any equipment being purchased without either full or key functions testing(e.g., UNTESTED, KNOWN DEFECTIVE, or DAMAGED) is understood to be sold forreuse, repair, and refurbishment only. By offerding on this equipment from Sector Supply you are agreeing to thefollowing additional terms and conditions if you are the winning buyer: 1) Anyequipment purchased from Sector Supply will be purchased with the soleintention of use for resale, repair, or refurbishment; 2) If the equipment hasbeen tested for key functions, Sector Supply will provide a copy of the testout sheet for said equipment upon request, detailing the test results for eachunit in the purchase. If equipment has any test failures, this will bemade known to the purchaser; 3) Any equipment being purchased without testing is understood to besold for reuse, repair, and refurbishment only and may require a completedownstream vendor audit package; 4) Sector Supply requires that any residual R2 Focus Materials that mayresult from the repair or refurbishment of this equipment must be handled in away that conforms to Provision 5 of the R2 standard in regards to focusmaterials (items containing mercury, CRTs and CRT Glass, batteries, circuitboards, items containing PCB’s, and toner and toner cartridges); 5) In addition to yourregular warranty terms with Sector Supply, which are not changed by thisAgreement, Sector Supply extends the offer to take back any residual focusmaterials from the repair or refurbishment of this equipment at no charge, aswell as any equipment that does not function according to the key functiontests that are performed on them; 6) Unless later returned under warranty or thereafter, all equipmentpurchased will be deemed to meet the requirements of the customer’sspecifications; 7) Equipment or components if sold, will be sold for reuse, with keyfunctions working; 8) All residual focus material resulting from the repair orrefurbishment of the equipment sold by Sector Supply to customer will either bereturned to Sector Supply, or will be handled in a manner that conforms to theprovisions of the R2 standard (available upon request).
